| NAB credit cardholders purchasing Moonlight tickets online with their NAB credit card receive $2 off the standard price for all sessions except Tuesday when all tickets are $10 for General Admission and $25 for Gold Grass for NAB credit card holders. Conditions apply**. |

Online
Purchasing tickets online is the cheapest and easiest way to go. You can pre-purchase tickets online for any session during the season using a credit card. Print your tickets at home and take them with you. If you can’t print them at home, you can pick them up from the box office on the night from 7pm. Box office
You can purchase tickets at the Moonlight Cinema box office from 7pm Tuesday to Sunday. The box office is located near the entry to the cinema. We advise that for very popular sessions there may be only a limited availability. |

Cancellation policy
Moonlight Cinema is an outdoor event and is subject to adverse weather conditions. Moonlight does not provide refunds on tickets.*
If a movie session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight management due to adverse weather conditions, tickets will not be refunded. Cancellation is at the discretion of Moonlight management and can be made prior to or during a screening. In the event that a session is cancelled by Moonlight management due to adverse weather conditions, the ticket will be automatically converted to a voucher redeemable for a same ticket type for a future session in the 2009/10 season (subject to capacity and excluding sessions on 14 February, 2010). Vouchers can be used to re-book for any session for the remainder of the season at the venue for which the original tickets were purchased (subject to capacity and excluding 14 February, 2010). Vouchers can be redeemed online by following the ‘Click here to redeem a Rainout Ticket’ link on each film page and entering the voucher code, or by presenting them at the box office. Moonlight or its agents or partners may retain any service or booking fee it has charged on the original tickets. No booking fees are associated with re-booking a rainout voucher. Vouchers can only be converted to the same ticket type for season 2009/10. There are no refunds for unused vouchers. Tickets are subject to capacity and exclude sessions on 14 February, 2010.
